Welcome to our apartment in Le Major, Morzine, Portes du Soleil, Haute-Savoie, France.
The apartment sleeps 4-6 people with additional space for a child's cot. The apartment has lovely views and it is possible to ski right back into the ski locker.
Morzine is a pretty French town centrally placed in the Portes du Soleil, an hour from Geneva Airport. The Portes du Soleil ski region, offering 650 km of marked runs and about 230 lifts in total, spread over 14 valleys and about 400 square miles.
From the town it is possible to access this huge ski area, and you almost need never ski the same run twice during a week’s stay, there is so much to cover. The skiing is suitable for all levels and there are ski schools and individual lessons to suit all abilities.
There are numerous mountain restaurants in which to while away afternoons if the snow comes on or you simply wish to be less energetic, and in the town there are numerous places to eat in the evenings, and shops for those wishing to self-cater.
