Rates and Availability

We let the apartment from Christmas to the end of March.

Rates for the apartment are between £450 and £1,000 depending upon low or high season.

These prices are for the whole apartment per week and are shown in UK pounds sterling.

Our preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will always try to be flexible in accommodating your preferred dates. The minimum rental period is 1 week. A deposit of 25% of the rent is payable at the time of booking, and the balance is due 10 weeks before arrival, or immediately if the arrival date is within 10 weeks of the booking. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be refuned only if the flat is let for the period cancelled.
