Weather and Ski Conditions
Morzine is located at 1100 metres and often has snow in the town itself (as many of our photos show). This is because it enjoys the advantage of the micro-climate created by its proximity to Mont Blanc.
Heavy snow falls over the Portes du Soleil are common and snowmaking ensure that slopes are kept healthy during warmer periods.
